Johann Schöchl, the great-grandfather, settles in Mattsee. |

| 1850 | Birth of the son Gottfried Schöchl, who later establishes a cabinet making factory at the father's house. | |||

| 1950 | Takeover of the factory by his son Johann Schöchl, who expands the business
so that it is known far from the borders of Mattsee. |

| 1951 | Commencement of the building of sailing-yachts in cold moulded plywood technique. |

| 1954 | The building of sailing-yachts using cold-moulded veneer. |
|||
| 1957 | Transformation of the Furniture factory into a yacht building yard. |

| 1958 | Building of the first sailing yachts in polyester technology "vacuum
laminated foam sandwich" |

| 1961 | The commencement of series-production. Use of polyester and epoxy in the
series production. Between 1960 and 1966, Hans and Gottfried win the state
sailing championship a total of 5 times. |

| 1962 | First export activity in Europe. |

| 1963-1968 | Business expansion and construction of a shipyard on the lake A Schöchl boat wins the Kieler week. Exhibitions in Hamburg and Zurich. The yacht designer, E.G. van de Stadt, is given the contract for the first keel yacht under the name "SUNBEAM". Development and technical refinement of fibreglass boat building techniques. |

| 1968 | Presentation of the "SUNBEAM 22" at the Hamburg boat show. It becomes the most popular yacht of its' class in the German speaking area of Europe. | |||
| 1969-1973 | The Schöchl shipyard works together with renowned designers like E.G. van de
Stadt and A. Miglitsch. |

| 1974 | Construction of a new boat yard (4'000m2) at Obernberg in Mattsee. |

| 1975 | Commencement of series-production in the new boat yard. |
|||
| 1976 | Entry of Manfred Schöchl into the company. First own boat-design through Manfred Schöchl. |

| 1977 | Manfred Schöchl wins the German championship in the Corsair class. |
|||
| 1979 | Manfred Schöchl, takes the Austrian and German state titles in the Corsair class, and participates in the world championships. |

| 1980 | Establishment of a new branch firm, "Yachting Schöchl Italia". |

| 1982-1985 |
Expansion of exports to the U.S.A. |

| 1990 | Entry of Gerhard Schöchl into the company. |

| 1995 | Takeover of the shipyard business by Gerhard and Manfred Schöchl. Awarded the
1st. prize for businesses in the area "Traders". |

| 1998 | Awarded the 1st. Prize: "Best advertisement in the area ads".

| 2001 | Building of a new foyer with 1.500m2 enclosed area. |

| 2003 | 75th. Birthday of Gottfried Schöchl. The introduction of "vacuum injection" technology in yacht construction. |
